I have worked with eMerge and with the development team since 2007. The initial roll out went very smoothly and we have been receiving updates on a regular basis. Doctors and nurses at Mercy Fairfield Hospital find the eMerge system to be very efficient because procedure notes are completed as the procedure progresses.
I am a person who is not computer savvy so I frequently have questions as to how things work and how to trouble shoot, the customer service team at eMerge has been very responsive and willing to help.
The eMerge team has come out to our center as and when there is a need. eMerge support team has helped us troubleshoot issues many, many times, even when it was not a direct emerge issue but an issue they could help solve, along with the IT staff here at Mercy.
The staff at eMerge is always very professional and courteous on the phone and when directly working with myself, other staff, or the physicians on site. It has now been 5 years since the initial install, and we are still pleased with our decision to partner with eMerge Health Solutions.
