Having spent the last decade fostering a passion for entrepreneurship and honing his leadership and strategic development skills, Mr. McCracken has enjoyed tremendous success driving exponential growth, market penetration and brand awareness for the organizations he’s lead. His extensive experience with software solutions, finance, risk management, and sales and marketing has helped him to expand his visionary business and technology horizons. Mr. McCracken, experienced in mergers and acquisitions, has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to push the boundaries that often hinder small, startup operations and instead leverage limited resources to emerge as a viable and formidable player in the markets served.
Prior to joining eMerge, Mr. McCracken owned and operated successful technology and telecommunications companies. His companies received numerous accolades from his leadership, software solutions, and rapid sales growth. He has also worked for EMC in a sales and engineering role, and Peritus Software in sales and software development roles.
As the President and Chief Executive Officer of eMerge Health Solutions, Mr. McCracken will share his passion for and commitment to driving competitive advantage and market leadership through the utilization of advanced technology. He will also set the overall strategic direction and drive the operational performance of the company.
A long-time member of Vistage International, a National MS Society Leadership and 40 Under 40 Leadership award winner, Mr. McCracken is a graduate of Cumberland University, where he received a basketball scholarship while earning a BBA in Management Information Systems. He is a member of Cumberland’s Board of Trustees, and maintains board membership with A Kid Again, Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, and the Mason United Methodist Church.
Bharat Saini

Bharat Saini is a Founder of eMerge Health Solutions. Since the company’s inception, Mr. Saini has served in a variety of roles and was instrumental in designing and overseeing the development of the current software workflow system, Emerge|Endo. Mr. Saini continues to lead the company’s research and development efforts focusing on cutting-edge technology and how it can be leveraged and incorporated in future software updates and new product offerings.
Mr. Saini brings a career of accomplished technical and business experience. Prior to founding eMerge, Mr. Saini served at General Electric for a number of years leading product and engineering teams for successful new product developments. His primary responsibility was implementing current technology into systems and processes that had been in use since the 1960s. Mr. Saini was also a senior consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young where he consulted with fortune 50 companies on how to execute a technology strategy with little disruption to the company operations.
Mr. Saini received a degree in computer engineering from the University of Pune in India and an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Eric Haberthier
Director – Business Development
As Director of Business Development at eMerge Health Solutions, Mr. Haberthier is responsible for fostering growth and success across the eMerge client base. He is focused on increasing market penetration through the delivery of innovative and integrated endoscopic workflow systems.
Prior to joining eMerge, Mr. Haberthier worked as District Manager for the Endoscopy division of Cook Medical, Inc. He has also done extensive consulting with the Purchasing Department of Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio and the Sales and Marketing Department of Carl Zeiss in Shanghai, China.
Mr. Haberthier earned a degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Dan Gersten
Director of Product Development and Operations
As Director of Product Development and Operations at eMerge Health Solutions, Mr. Gersten is responsible for all development, implementation, and operation of the eMerge SAAS platform. He is driven to generate a superior user experience for eMerge clients by focusing on the quality, scalability, and performance of the system.
Prior to joining eMerge, Mr. Gersten was CTO of eLynx where he was instrumental in the growth of the company. His software experience spans many years and diverse domains, from Financial Services at eLynx, to Product Data Management for SDRC/Siemens and Business Graphics for Genigraphics/GE.
Mr. Gersten earned a BSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, completed graduate studies in Computer Science at Syracuse University and was a member of the Xavier University 1983 Executive MBA program in Cincinnati, Ohio.
